Greetings, Northlakes Homeowners! The 2020 membership drive is underway, and we hope you’ll renew your membership to help us keep Northlakes a unique, vibrant, and well-maintained community.  Our dues this year will be increased from $75 to $100 annually.  This is the first increase in dues in over 10 years, and is necessary to ensure we can meet the increased costs of both necessary maintenance and community improvements. Because of the unique challenges and limitations we face this year as a result of the Coronavirus, the  Annual Summer Kickoff Party will be postponed . Our lake lot will remain accessible to our members to use at their discretion and with respect to the federal and state health guidelines. As the season progresses, we hope we will be able to pick an alternative date mid to late summer to gather together and celebrate. Your $100 membership includes one access card and lanyard; an additional card can be purchased for $20 .  Maximum 1...

One of the best amenities of living in the Northlakes community is our lake lot.  However, before getting to the lake lot there has always been a gate with many pros and cons.  A couple pros are that the gate kept the lake lot secure and safe for our HOA members, while heavy, hard to unlock, and inconvenient are just three cons that almost out weigh the pros.  Not anymore!  The Northlakes Board is excited to announce that a new electronic, automatic gate has been ordered and it will be installed for the 2019 summer.  Stay tuned for more details.  Our goal is to have this project completed by the June 1st kickoff party.  Finally, this project is a very important investment, which was about $5000, for our community.  We greatly appreciate each of who have renewed your $75 HOA membership and we welcome all new memberships.  This will certainly be a big help in covering the cost, as will any donation you would like to send.     

Northlakes Homeowners Association  Presents Annual Meeting and Kickoff to Summer Party! Saturday, June 2, 2018 10:30 Annual Meeting 11:00 - 3:30? Summer Party At the HOA lake lot, located at the end of Southlake Drive. Hotdogs, soda and water, and light snacks will be provided bye the NLHOA. Please bring a covered dish to share! Annual dues of $75 may be paid at the party or mailed in advance. We've got many newcomers to the neighborhood this year - encourage your neighbors to join us at the lake lot to experience the beach and the people that make Northlakes special. 

The month of May will be the month for the Northlakes HOA membership. Renew / join for a one time fee $75! This will give you access to the lake lot, help support groundskeeping on HOA property, electricity for security lights, yearly projects, and more. A few reminders to help keep our neighborhood safe. Continue to be great neighborhood watchers.   Be mindful when burning fires. There are plenty of fallen debris piles and with these dry conditions a spark could quickly get out of hand. Please keep fires on personal property - no fires are allowed on any of the HOA common grounds. Fireworks can be a fun way to celebrate the New Year. Be care and be respectful where you fireworks travel. Drive slowly through the neighborhood; it can be a great way to see all of the wonderful decorations.

Labor Day weekend can be one of the last busy times for the lake lot. Hopefully, you have had some great memories down there during the summer of 2017.  Be sure to make a few more when the weather is great.
