2020 Membership
Greetings, Northlakes Homeowners! The 2020 membership drive is underway, and we hope you’ll renew your membership to help us keep Northlakes a unique, vibrant, and well-maintained community. Our dues this year will be increased from $75 to $100 annually. This is the first increase in dues in over 10 years, and is necessary to ensure we can meet the increased costs of both necessary maintenance and community improvements. Because of the unique challenges and limitations we face this year as a result of the Coronavirus, the Annual Summer Kickoff Party will be postponed . Our lake lot will remain accessible to our members to use at their discretion and with respect to the federal and state health guidelines. As the season progresses, we hope we will be able to pick an alternative date mid to late summer to gather together and celebrate.
